Hey fellas! Are there any friendly GH4 owners here that also happen to be located in Jyväskylä? I'm developing a viewfinder/focus monitor app for Android (just a hobby project so far) and it all looks good, but GH3 has one nasty quirk: it can't serve video feed to Wi-Fi, once the recording button is pressed. So the app could be helpful for verifying composition before shooting, but during filming it is useless. However I'm under impression that GH4 has this issue fixed, so it would be cool to meet up and test how it works. I'm not very familiar with Panasonic m4/3 lineup, maybe they have other models that are worth testing, I'm open for any suggestions. You can contact me here or at simon.otst at gmail.com Thanks!
While I don't have a GH4 and not being so interested in video, following Panasonic models are supported in Panasonic Image App (which also allows recording video): http://av.jpn.support.panasonic.com/support/global/cs/soft/image_app/index.html So any of those might be worth of testing.
